here lies the most simplest, minimalistic cupcake recipe! It is made up of 6 ingredients, and only takes 10 minutes to bake. Perfect for a busy parent, or someone who wants to surprise the office at work. I only added half a teaspoon of vanilla essence to this and added 3 teaspoons of lemon juice to the mix to turn them into lemon cupcakes. I poured the mix into the cupcake cases and then sprinkled them with brown sugar to give them a crunch once baked. I made up an icing and squeezed some fresh orange juice in to the icing mix. I then added a orange wedge and drizzled with more icing. voila 10 minute orange & lemon cupcakes!
